The procedure is as follows:

a) For raw materials and products temporarily imported for re-export

1. The legal representative of the enterprise issues a decision to destroy surplus batches of raw materials and products;
2. Sign a destruction contract with VINAUSEN;
3. VINAUSEN issues a destruction plan;
4. The enterprise issues an official dispatch requesting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to approve the destruction plan.
5. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment issues an Official Dispatch approving the destruction plan.
6. The parties agree on the destruction schedule;
7. Carry out destruction of raw materials and products on site or transport excess raw materials to VINAUSEN's factory in Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park (Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) for destruction under the supervision of the owner. goods, customs and relevant agencies (if necessary).
8. Sign a record of supervision and destruction;
9. VINAUSEN issues a notice of completion of destruction (with attached photos/videos) and issues a financial invoice.
10. Finish the process.

 b) For raw materials and products consumed domestically

– Follow the steps as in section a), except steps 3 to 5.
